* 1 1/2 pounds sirloin tips, cut into 1-inch pieces
* 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
* 1/2 cup chopped onion
* 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
* 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
* 1 (28-ounce) can crushed tomatoes
* 1 (15-ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
* 1 (15-ounce) can corn, drained
* 1 teaspoon chili powder
* 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the sirloin tips and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the onion, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper and cook until softened, about 5 minutes more.
4. Stir in the crushed tomatoes, black beans, corn, chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, or until the sirloin tips are cooked through.
6. Serve over rice or with tortillas.
* If you don't have a skillet large enough to fit all of the ingredients, you can cook the sirloin tips in batches.
* You can also add other vegetables to the skillet, such as carrots, celery, or zucchini.
* If you want a thicker sauce, you can omit the corn and black beans.
* Serve the sirloin tips with your favorite toppings, such as cheese, sour cream, or guacamole.
