How to Order DR Power Parts

Go to DR Equipment's Factory Store located next to their factory in northeastern Vermont. The store's address at 75 Meigs Road in Vergennes, Vermont. The store is located in the northern part of town, just off Route 22A. The store's hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern time Tuesday through Friday and 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday. It is closed on Sunday and Monday.

Navigate to DR's website (see References). From the home page, click on the "Parts and Support" tab. Then, click on the photo of the item you need the replacement part for. On that page, click on the "Online Part Finder" link, which will direct you to your specific product. Click on that product, then click on the particular model you have. Under the "Choose Model," select what part of the product the replacement part is located. A list of available replacement parts will display. Pick your part, then click "Add to Cart." Once you have selected all of your parts, click on "View Cart." If complete, click "Go to Checkout." Enter your shipping information, then enter your billing information. Verify your order, then click "Place Order." You will receive an order confirmation once complete.
