## How to Make Mexican Chicken Nachos

Nachos are a delicious and versatile dish that can be customized to suit any taste. This recipe is for a classic Mexican chicken nacho dish, but you can feel free to add or omit toppings as you please.

Ingredients:

* 1 bag of tortilla chips

* 1 lb of cooked chicken, shredded

* 1 can (15 oz) of black beans, rinsed and drained

* 1 can (15 oz) of corn, drained

* 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes

* 1/2 cup of chopped onion

* 1/2 cup of chopped bell pepper

* 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

* 1/2 cup of shredded Monterey Jack cheese

* Sour cream, for serving

* Guacamole, for serving

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. In a large bowl, combine the tortilla chips, chicken, black beans, corn, tomatoes, onion, and bell pepper.

3. Stir in the cheddar cheese and Monterey Jack cheese.

4. Spread the mixture evenly in a 9x13 inch baking dish.

5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

6. Top with sour cream, guacamole, and any other desired toppings.
