# How to Replace a GE Advantium Door Handle
The GE Advantium microwave oven is an oven that cooks at the speed of a microwave. Depending on your model, the Advantium comes in black, white or stainless steel, with a matching handle. Over time, you may need to replace the handle on the Advantium but you can accomplish the replacement in mere minutes.
Things You'll Need
- Phillips screwdriver

Open the GE Advantium door and lay it open flat.

Locate the two screws on the top portion of the interior side of the door. The screws are located above the frame that surrounds the glass window.

Unscrew the screws with the Phillips screwdriver.

Pull the handle away from the front of the Advantium.

Line the new handle up to the holes on the front of the Advantium.

Insert the screws, from the interior side of the door, and then screw them into place.
