How to Fix a Broken Handle on a Frigidaire Microwave Model FMV157GC

The Frigidaire FMV157GC is an over-the-range microwave that combines a microwave and range hood in one appliance. The FMV157GC has 10 power settings and a power output of 1,000 watts and is available with a stainless steel finish. Unlike countertop microwaves that have a button to release the microwave door, the FMV157GC has a door handle, which is used to pull open the door. The door handle is secured using two screws, which are accessible through the inside of the door. If the door handle is loose, tighten the screws to secure it. If the handle is broken, remove the screws and install a new handle.
