## How to Convert a Fountain into a Garden Planter

Step 1: Dismantle the fountain.

- ### Add potting soil to the fountain's basin, leaving a few inches of space at the top for water.

- ### Tamp down the potting soil gently.

- ### Plant the flowers or vegetables in the potting soil, spacing them according to the instructions on the plant tag.

- ### Place the fountain's column and statue back in place (if applicable).

- ### Turn on the water supply and adjust the flow of the water.
