- 1 pound sprats, fresh or frozen
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions:
1. If the sprats are frozen, thaw them in the refrigerator overnight or in a bowl of cold water for about an hour.
