How to Make Buffalo Wing Breading

Ingredients:

* 1 cup all-purpose flour

* 1 teaspoon baking powder

* 1 teaspoon garlic powder

* 1 teaspoon onion powder

* 1/2 teaspoon salt

* 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

* 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

* 1/4 cup vegetable oil

* 1/4 cup hot sauce

* 1 tablespoon white vinegar

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil, hot sauce, and vinegar.

3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.

4. Dredge the chicken wings in the breading mixture and place them on a wire rack.

5. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the breaded chicken wings.

6. Cook the chicken wings for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

7. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

Tips:

* To make sure the chicken wings are cooked through, insert a meat thermometer into the thickest part of the wing. The internal temperature should read 165 degrees Fahrenheit.

* If you don't have a wire rack, you can also place the breaded chicken wings on a baking sheet.

* For a crispy crust, fry the chicken wings in a deep fryer or air fryer.

* Serve the chicken wings with your favorite dipping sauce, such as ranch dressing, blue cheese dressing, or honey mustard.
