Instructions:
1. Prepare the Molds:
- Wash and dry your lollipop molds thoroughly to remove any residue.
2. Chop the Chocolate:
- Chop the chocolate into small pieces or use chocolate chips.
3. Melt the Chocolate:
- Place the chopped chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or the top of a double boiler.
- Microwave on medium power in 30-second increments, stirring in between, or melt the chocolate over the simmering water of a double boiler, stirring continuously until it's smooth.
