- 1/2 cup (packed) light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 (8-10 pound) bone-in ham, fully cooked
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, maple syrup, orange juice, Dijon mustard, cinnamon, cloves, and salt.
3. Place the ham in a roasting pan and pour the glaze over top.
4. Cover the ham with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
5. Remove the foil and continue baking for 30 minutes, or until the ham is heated through and the glaze is bubbly and caramelized.
6. Let the ham rest for 15 minutes before carving and serving.
