How to Store Divinity Candy

1. Cool Completely: Divinity should cool entirely before storage.

2. Air-tight Container: Transfer the divinity into an airtight container to prevent moisture entering.

3. Room Temperature: Store divinity at room temperature - usually between 68-77°F (20-25°C). Store in a dry, cool location, such as a pantry or cupboard.

4. Layer Parchment: To avoid the divinity sticking together, place parchment paper between each layer of divinity.

5. Use Wax or Parchment Paper: Before placing the divinity in the airtight container, wrap each individually with wax or parchment paper to avoid sticking.

Tips:

- If the divinity is too soft, place the container in the refrigerator to harden.

- When storing divinity for an extended period, try freezing the candy. To do this, lay the divinity in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Place the baking sheet in the freezer until solid, about 30 minutes. Transfer the frozen divinity to an airtight freezer-safe container and freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw the divinity in the refrigerator overnight before enjoying it.
