How to Use Pinot Noir for Sangria

Pinot Noir is not traditionally used in sangria, but it can create an interesting and fruit-forward twist. Here's a recipe for sangria using Pinot Noir:

Ingredients:

- 1 bottle (750ml) of Pinot Noir

- 1 cup of fruit juice (such as orange, grape, or pomegranate)

- 1/2 cup of brandy or cognac

- 1 teaspoon of sugar (or to taste)

- 1 cinnamon stick

- 1 orange, sliced

- 1 lemon, sliced

- 1 lime, sliced

- Ice

Instructions:

1. Pour the Pinot Noir into a large pitcher or sangria bowl.

2. Add the fruit juice, brandy, sugar, cinnamon stick, orange, lemon, and lime slices.

3. Stir gently to combine.

4. Cover the pitcher or bowl and let it sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight.

5. When ready to serve, add ice and enjoy!

Remember, this is just a suggested recipe, and you can adjust the ingredients to your taste. You may want to add more fruit juice or brandy if you prefer a sweeter or stronger sangria.
