Instructions

Drape a length of tulle in a scalloped fashion around a table. Measure the perimeter of the table and double that figure to determine how much tulle you will need. Secure one end of the tulle in a corner, using thumb tacks, and drape it around the table, letting the tulle fall and bringing it back up again. Secure the top of each scallop with thumb tacks. Weave strands of pearls in and out of the tulle.

Place one or two layers of tulle across the center of the table. Lay a mirror on top, and place either candles or a vase of flowers on the mirror. Arrange strands of pearls on and around the mirror.

Tie a bow around a clear glass vase that you've fill with pearls. Cut a length of tulle that's about 8 inches wide to give the bow volume and at least 24 inches wider than the perimeter of the vase. Tie the bow and cut the ends to the length that you want.

Create a custom table runner by cutting two lengths of tulle in colors that complement your decor. Cut the lengths so that they hang off the ends of the table. At each end, tie the two lengths together with a tulle bow. Glue pearls along the edges of the runner.

Make tulle and pearl place mats. For each place mat, cut three or four layers of tulle to size. Lay them on a work surface, and stack them on top of each other. Using a glue roller, secure the layers together. Let the glue dry, and glue pearls around the edges of the place mats.
