How to Make Zucchini Chips in the Oven

### Ingredients

* 2 large zucchinis

* 2 tablespoons olive oil

* 1/2 teaspoon salt

* 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

* 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

* 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

2. Wash the zucchinis and slice them into 1/4-inch thick rounds.

3. In a large bowl, combine the zucchini slices, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Toss to coat.

4. Spread the zucchini slices in a single layer on a baking sheet.

5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the zucchini chips are golden brown and crispy.

6. Let the zucchini chips cool completely before serving.

Tips

* To make the zucchini chips extra crispy, bake them at 450 degrees F (220 degrees C) for 10-12 minutes.

* If you don't have a baking sheet, you can also bake the zucchini chips on a wire rack set over a baking sheet.
