Remove everything on top of the memory foam, including mattress covers, sheets, blankets and pillows.
Pick up the mattress and shake it, as you would shake a large comforter before folding.
Let the mattress sit for one to two hours, with nothing on top.
Rotate the mattress (put the end that was at your feet by the bed's headboard, but do not flip the mattress upside down) and replace the sheets, pillows and other bedding.
Repeat this procedure once every three months to increase the longevity and comfort of your memory foam mattress.
