### Ingredients

* 1 cup frozen acai pulp

* 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

* 1/4 cup fruit juice (such as pineapple, passion fruit, or orange)

* 1/2 banana

* 1 tablespoon granola

* 1 tablespoon honey

* Optional toppings: sliced bananas, strawberries, blueberries, or coconut

Instructions

1. Blend the frozen acai pulp, almond milk, fruit juice, and banana in a blender until smooth.

2. Pour the acai bowl into a bowl and top with granola, honey, and your favorite toppings.

3. Enjoy immediately!

Tips

* If you don't have frozen acai pulp, you can use fresh acai berries. Simply remove the skins and seeds from the berries and blend them with the other ingredients.

* You can use any type of milk in this recipe, but almond milk is a good option because it is unsweetened and has a neutral flavor.

* If you don't have any fruit juice on hand, you can also use water.
