- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil

1. In a large bowl, combine the peanut butter, light brown sugar, honey, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well until combined.
2. Use a cookie scoop or your hands to form 1-inch balls. Place the balls on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
3. Place the baking sheet in the freezer to chill for at least 30 minutes.
4. While the balls are chilling, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
5. Once the balls have chilled, dip each ball into the melted chocolate. You can use a fork to help coat the balls.
6. Place the chocolate-covered balls back on the parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
7. Sprinkle with your desired toppings, if using.
8. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to set the chocolate.
