How to Make Cheesy Bread

Ingredients:

- 1 loaf (1 pound) of French bread, cut into 1-inch cubes

- 1 cup (4 ounces) of shredded cheddar cheese

- 1/2 cup (2 ounces) of shredded Parmesan cheese

- 1/4 cup (1 ounce) of grated Romano cheese

- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) of unsalted butter, melted

- 1 egg yolk

- 1 tablespoon of milk

Instructions:

- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

- In a large bowl, combine the bread cubes, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, and Romano cheese.

- In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, egg yolk, and milk.

- Pour the wet ingredients over the bread cubes and cheese and mix well to combine.

- Spread the bread cubes out evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the bread cubes are golden brown and the cheese is melted.

- Let the cheesy bread cool for a few minutes before serving.

Tips:

- For a crispier texture, bake the cheesy bread for a few minutes longer.

- You can also add other toppings to the cheesy bread, such as bacon, ham, or vegetables.

- Cheesy bread is a great appetizer or snack, and it can also be served as a side dish.
