Ingredients:
- 3-4 large potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Cookie cutter in heart shape
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
2. Scrub the potatoes and dry them thoroughly.
3. Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise and then again in half lengthwise so you have 4 even quarters.
4. Use the heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut out heart shapes from the potato quarters.
5. In a large bowl, toss the potato hearts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until the potatoes are evenly coated.
6. Spread the potato hearts in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and golden brown.
8. Serve the heart-shaped roasted potatoes with your favorite dipping sauce or as a side dish with your meal.
