###Instructions####
1. Boil the Eggs

- Cover the eggs with cold water.
- Bring the water to a boil, then immediately turn off the heat.
- Cover the saucepan and let the eggs sit for 10 minutes.
- Transfer the eggs to an ice-water bath to stop them from cooking further.
2. Set up the basket weavers
- Cut off the pointy ends of the eggs just enough so they can stand upright.
- Cut off roughly 2/3 of the egg from the top.
- Be careful while cutting them to ensure they don't crack.
3. Make the Deviled Egg Filling
- In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Peel the eggs and separate the yolks from the whites.
- Mash the egg yolks with a fork.
- Add the deviled egg filling to the egg yolks and mix well.
4. Assemble the Deviled Egg Baskets
- Spoon the deviled egg filling into the egg white "baskets."
- Cut the bacon strips in half and weave them in and out of the basket edges to create a lattice pattern.
- Trim any excess bacon.
- Sprinkle the baskets with paprika and chopped chives.
5. Serve
- Serve the deviled egg baskets immediately or chill them for later.
