Ingredients
* 6 ears of corn, husked and silked
* 1/2 cup sugar
* 1 tablespoon salt
* Water
Instructions
1. Fill a large pot with enough water to cover the corn.
2. Add the sugar and salt to the water and stir to dissolve.
3. Bring the water to a boil over medium-high heat.
4. Add the corn and reduce the heat to medium.
5. Cook the corn for 3-5 minutes, or until it is tender.
6. Drain the corn and serve immediately.
Tips
- For a sweeter corn, add more sugar to the water.
- For a more flavorful corn, add some butter or olive oil to the water.
- You can also add other seasonings to the water, such as pepper, garlic, or herbs.
