3. Store the jar or container in a cool, dark place for at least 24 hours, or up to 2 weeks.

4. Shake the jar or container every day or so to redistribute the ingredients.

5. After 24 hours or up to 2 weeks, strain the mango-infused tequila into a clean bottle or jar.

6. Discard the mango pulp and any spices that were used.

7. Enjoy your mango-infused tequila neat, on the rocks, or in your favorite cocktail.

Recipe Tips

* To make the mango-infused tequila more flavorful, use fresh, ripe mangoes.

* If you don't have fresh mangoes, you can also use frozen mangoes or mango juice.

* If you are unsure what kind of tequila to use, a good rule of thumb is to use a blanco or silver tequila. These tequilas are typically clear and have a light flavor, which makes them a good choice for infusing with other flavors.

* You can also use other spices or flavorings to infuse your tequila. Some popular choices include chili peppers, ginger, and lime.

* Be sure to taste the mango-infused tequila before serving to adjust the sweetness and spiciness to your liking.

* Mango-infused tequila makes a great gift for friends and family.
