How to Get Sweat Stains Out of Bras

Gather your materials. You will need:

* A mild detergent, such as Woolite or Dreft

* A soft brush

* A bucket or sink filled with cold water

* A towel

* A drying rack

Pre-treat the stains. Apply a small amount of detergent to the stains and rub them gently with the soft brush. Allow the detergent to sit on the stains for 15-20 minutes.

Wash the bra. Hand-wash the bra in the bucket or sink filled with cold water and the remaining detergent. Rinse the bra thoroughly until all of the detergent has been removed.

Air dry the bra. Hang the bra on a drying rack and allow it to air dry completely. Do not put the bra in the dryer, as this can damage the material.
