How to Cook Breaded Pork Cutlets

Breaded pork cutlets are a delicious and easy-to-make dish that can be enjoyed for lunch or dinner. They are also a great way to use up leftover pork. Here is a simple recipe for breaded pork cutlets:

Ingredients:

* 1 pound boneless, skinless pork loin, cut into 1-inch thick cutlets

* 1 cup all-purpose flour

* 1 teaspoon salt

* 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

* 1 egg, beaten

* 1 cup bread crumbs

* 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

* 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions:

1. In a shallow dish, combine the flour, salt, and pepper.

2. In another shallow dish, beat the egg.

3. In a third shallow dish, combine the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and olive oil.

4. Dredge the pork cutlets in the flour mixture, then the egg mixture, and finally the bread crumb mixture.

5. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the olive oil and swirl to coat the pan.

6. Once the oil is hot, add the pork cutlets and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

7. Serve the pork cutlets immediately with your favorite sides.

Tips:

* To make sure the pork cutlets are cooked through, insert a meat thermometer into the thickest part of the meat. The internal temperature should be 165 degrees Fahrenheit.

* You can also bake the pork cutlets instead of frying them. To do this, preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the pork cutlets on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

* Breaded pork cutlets are a great dish to make ahead of time. They can be cooked and then stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. When ready to serve, simply reheat the cutlets in the oven or microwave until heated through.
