How to Make a Tapered Wooden Leg Planter

## Tapered Wooden Leg Planter

Materials:

- 4 wooden legs (about 12 inches tall)

- Wood screws

- Drill

- Sander

- Paint or stain (optional)

- Potting soil

- Plants

Instructions:

1. Prepare the wooden legs. If the legs are not already sanded smooth, sand them down until they are smooth to the touch.

2. Attach the wooden legs to the base. Drill holes in the base of the planter for the screws. Attach the legs to the base using the screws.

3. Paint or stain the planter (optional). If you want to change the color of the planter, you can paint or stain it.

4. Add potting soil to the planter. Fill the planter with potting soil.

5. Plant your plants. Choose plants that will do well in the amount of sunlight and water that your planter will provide.

6. Water the plants regularly. Water the plants whenever the soil feels dry to the touch.

Tips:

- To make the planter more water-resistant, you can line it with a plastic liner.

- If you want the planter to be more stable, you can add weight to the base by filling it with rocks or gravel.

- You can also use different types of wooden legs to create a different look for your planter.

Enjoy your new tapered wooden leg planter!
