- Sand the wood to make sure it is smooth and free of any splinters. You can do this by hand or with a power sander.

**Step 3: Stain the Wood (optional)

- If you want, you can stain the wood to give it a desired color. Simply apply the stain to the wood and let it dry according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Step 4: Seal the Wood

- Apply a sealer to the wood to protect it from water damage. Let the sealer dry completely.

Step 5: Cut Out the Card Shape

- Using a tape measure and pencil, mark the outline of a business card on the wood.

- Cut out the card shape with scissors or a utility knife.

Step 6: Personalize the Card

- You can personalize the card by writing or stamping the recipient’s name and address on it.

- You can also add a special message or design to make it truly unique.

Your reclaimed wood card is now ready to be given to your special someone!
