- New timing chain tensioner

Instructions:
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the serpentine belt.
3. Remove the upper timing chain cover.
4. Rotate the crankshaft until the timing marks on the camshaft and crankshaft sprockets are aligned.
5. Loosen the timing chain tensioner bolt and remove the timing chain.
6. Remove the timing chain guide.
7. Inspect the timing chain sprockets for wear or damage. Replace if necessary.
8. Install the new timing chain guide and timing chain tensioner.
9. Install the new timing chain.
10. Tighten the timing chain tensioner bolt to the specified torque.
11. Reinstall the upper timing chain cover.
12. Reinstall the serpentine belt.
13. Reconnect the negative battery cable.
14. Check ignition timing.
