How to Make a Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich

Ingredients:

For the steak

- 1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced

- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- Salt and pepper to taste

- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

For the sandwich

- 1/4 cup chopped onion

- 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper

- 1/4 cup shredded provolone cheese

- 1 hoagie roll, split

Instructions:

To make the steak

1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

2. Add the steak and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.

3. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

To assemble the sandwich

1. Spread the onions and green bell peppers over the bottom half of the hoagie roll.

2. Top with the steak.

3. Add the provolone cheese.

4. Close the sandwich and heat until the cheese is melted, about 1 minute.

Serve immediately!
