How to Decorate Around a Rolltop Desk

Place an accent rug beneath your rolltop desk and chair. Choose a beige, white or deep-brown carpet that will accentuate the theme of your room and not detract from it. Many homeowners forget that the floor is an important area to decorate -- opt for something that appeals to you but doesn't draw too much attention away from the desk.
