How to Cook Baby Back Ribs on a Grill

### Ingredients

* 1 rack of baby back ribs

* 1/2 cup brown sugar

* 1/4 cup chili powder

* 1/4 cup cumin

* 1/4 cup paprika

* 1 teaspoon garlic powder

* 1 teaspoon onion powder

* 1/2 teaspoon salt

* 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

* 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

* 1/2 cup ketchup

* 1/4 cup honey

Instructions

1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.

2. In a large bowl, combine the brown sugar, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

3. Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs.

4. Place the ribs on the grill, bone side down, and cook for 20 minutes.

5. Flip the ribs over and cook for an additional 20 minutes, or until the ribs are cooked through and the meat is tender.

6. While the ribs are cooking, make the sauce by combining the apple cider vinegar, ketchup, and honey in a saucepan.

7. Bring the sauce to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes, or until it has thickened.

8. Brush the sauce over the ribs during the last 10 minutes of cooking.

9. Serve the ribs with your favorite sides.

Tips

* To ensure that the ribs are cooked evenly, use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature. The ribs should be cooked to an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit.

* If you want the ribs to be more tender, you can cook them for longer. However, be careful not to overcook them, as they can become dry and tough.

* You can also use a smoker to cook baby back ribs. This will give the ribs a more smoky flavor.
