## Instructions:

1. Prepare the ceiling:

Turn off the power to the ceiling fan circuit at the main breaker box. Locate the ceiling joists where you will be mounting the ceiling fan. Use a tape measure to determine the length of the extension rods you will need. Cut the extension rods to length, if necessary.

2. Mount the angled ceiling mounting bracket:

Position the angled ceiling mounting bracket on the ceiling joists, centered over the desired location for the ceiling fan. Use a pencil to mark the locations of the mounting holes. Pre-drill the holes using a 1/4-inch drill bit. Insert the lag screws provided with the mounting bracket and tighten them securely.

3. Attach the hanger ball:

Screw the hanger ball into the center of the angled ceiling mounting bracket.

4. Mount the ceiling fan:

Slide the ceiling fan canopy over the hanger ball and secure it with the provided screws. Connect the green or bare copper ground wire from the ceiling fan to the ground wire in the ceiling using a wire nut. Connect the white neutral wire from the ceiling fan to the white neutral wire in the ceiling using a wire nut. Connect the black hot wire from the ceiling fan to the black hot wire in the ceiling using a wire nut. Tuck the wires neatly into the canopy.

5. Add the extension rods:

If necessary, add extension rods between the ceiling fan and the canopy. Secure the extension rods with the provided screws.

6. Attach the fan blades:

Attach the fan blades to the ceiling fan motor housing according to the manufacturer's instructions.

7. Balance the ceiling fan:

Use a ceiling fan balancing kit (available at hardware stores) to balance the ceiling fan. This will ensure that the ceiling fan operates smoothly and quietly.

8. Turn on the power:

Turn on the power to the ceiling fan circuit at the main breaker box. Test the ceiling fan to make sure it works properly.
