How to Kill the Bugs in Dried Field Corn

There are several methods for killing bugs in dried field corn:

5. Diatomaceous Earth:

- Diatomaceous earth is a natural substance made from the fossilized remains of diatoms. It works by absorbing the waxy coating on insects' exoskeletons, causing them to dehydrate and die. Sprinkle diatomaceous earth on and around the stored corn.

6. Keep Storage Area Clean:

- Regularly inspect your corn storage area for any signs of infestation, such as webbing or insect droppings. Thoroughly clean the storage area to remove any potential food sources that might attract bugs.
