- Flower pot (any size or shape)
- Saucer or plate
- Sand or gravel
- Cigarette butts
Instructions:
1. Choose a flower pot that is large enough to hold the cigarette butts and sand.
2. Place the saucer or plate under the flower pot. This will catch any ashes that fall.
3. Fill the flower pot with sand or gravel.
4. When you are finished smoking, place the cigarette butt in the flower pot. Ash the Cigarette in the flower pot so the ash falls directly onto the sand.
5. Repeat the ashing process every time you finish a cigarette.
6. Empty the flower pot and clean the saucer or plate regularly to prevent the ashes from building up.
Tips:
- You can use any type of flower pot for this project, but a ceramic or metal pot will be more durable than a plastic pot.
- If you want to add a decorative touch, you can paint the flower pot or add some stickers.
- This is a great way to recycle old flower pots and keep your outdoor space clean and tidy.
Variations:
- Instead of using a saucer or plate, you can place a layer of newspaper or cardboard under the flower pot.
- You can add some water to the sand or gravel to help keep the ashes from blowing away.
- If you want to make a larger ash tray, you can use a large planter or even a wheelbarrow.
