To tie a hobo stick, you will need two sticks that are about the same length and thickness. One stick will be used as the main support, and the other will be used to form the crosspiece.

Instructions:

1. Place the two sticks together in the shape of a cross. The main support stick should be slightly longer than the crosspiece stick.

2. Wrap the end of the crosspiece stick around the main support stick. Make sure to wrap it tightly so that it does not slip.

3. Fold the end of the crosspiece stick back over itself. This will help to secure it in place.
