Cut the tile down to the approximate size and shape you want the bullnose tile to be. Turn off and unplug the tile wet saw.
Locate the bolt on the side of the saw blade holding it in place and use a wrench to remove it. Slide off the blade and replace it with a bullnosing blade. Replace the bolt and tighten it back into place.
Place the tile you wish to bullnose onto the wet saw table with the edge to be bullnosed lined up with the the curved portion of the blade. Push the tile toward the blade without the blade being on to check that it will line up properly. The edge of the tile should touch the inside portion of the curve when properly aligned.
Replace the tile at the starting point on the table and turn on the blade. Push the tile in and out of the blade several times until the bulk of the edge of the tile has been removed and has taken on the curve of the blade. Turn off the saw and remove the tile.
Turn on the angle grinder and buff the edge of the tile by moving the angle grinder's pad over the curve of the bullnose. Move the angle grinder continuously; do not leave it in one spot. Keep buffing the tile's edge with the angle grinder until the finish of the tile and its edge match.
