### Supplies:

- White vinegar

- Food coloring (3-4 colors)

- Bowls or cups (one for each color of dye)

- Tablespoons

- Slotted spoon

- Hard-boiled eggs

- Paper towels

Instructions:

1. In each bowl or cup, add 1/2 cup of white vinegar.

2. Add 10-20 drops of food coloring to each bowl.

3. Stir the vinegar and food coloring mixtures until the colors are well combined.

4. Place a hard-boiled egg in each bowl of dye.

5. Use a slotted spoon to turn the eggs occasionally so that they are evenly colored.

6. Let the eggs dye for at least 5 minutes.

7. Remove the eggs from the dye and place them on paper towels to dry.

Tips:

- For more vibrant colors, add more food coloring.

- For a lighter color, dilute the vinegar with water.

- To create a marbled effect, add the eggs to the dye and then gently swirl the bowl.
