- The longer the oil infuses, the stronger the flavours will become.
Step 6: Strain and store the oil
- After infusing, strain the oil through a cheesecloth or coffee filter to remove any solids.
- Transfer the oil to a clean, airtight container.
- Store the infused olive oil in a cool and dark place.
