How to Make Beautiful Finger Sandwiches

Ingredients:

- 1 loaf white bread, crusts removed

- 1/4 cup mayonnaise

- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard

- 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Assorted fillings (such as ham, turkey, cheese, cucumber, tomato, sprouts)

Instructions:

1. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chives, salt, and pepper.

2. Spread the mixture onto one slice of bread.

3. Top with your desired fillings.

4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 with the remaining bread and fillings.

5. Cut the sandwiches into finger-sized pieces.

Tips:

- For a more elegant presentation, use a sharp knife to cut the sandwiches into thin slices.

- You can also use different types of bread, such as whole wheat or rye, for a different flavor.

- If you are making the sandwiches ahead of time, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator. They will keep for up to 2 days.
