- 1 loaf white bread, crusts removed
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chives, salt, and pepper.
2. Spread the mixture onto one slice of bread.
3. Top with your desired fillings.
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 with the remaining bread and fillings.
5. Cut the sandwiches into finger-sized pieces.
