Here is a basic recipe for making manioc beer:
Ingredients:
* 5 pounds of manioc roots
* 10 cups of water
* 1 cup of sugar
* 1 tablespoon of active dry yeast
* A handful of raisins
Instructions:
1. Peel and grate the manioc roots.
