How to Cook Venison Cube Steak

Venison cube steak is a flavorful and versatile cut of meat that can be cooked in a variety of ways. Here is a simple and delicious recipe for cooking venison cube steak:

Ingredients:

- 1 pound of venison cube steak

- 1 tablespoon of olive oil

- 1/2 cup of chopped onion

- 1/2 cup of chopped green bell pepper

- 1/2 cup of chopped red bell pepper

- 1 (14.5 ounce) can of diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained

- 1 teaspoon of chili powder

- 1 teaspoon of ground cumin

- 1/2 teaspoon of salt

- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper

- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

2. Add the venison cube steak and cook until browned on all sides.

3. Add the onion, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper to the skillet and cook until softened.

4. Stir in the diced tomatoes with green chilies, chili powder, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper.

5. Bring to a simmer and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the venison is cooked through.

6. Stir in the chopped fresh cilantro and serve.

Tips:
