Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
3. Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise.
4. Scoop out the seeds and pulp.
5. Drizzle the squash halves with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
6. Place the squash halves face down on the prepared baking sheet.
7. Roast for 35-40 minutes, or until the squash is tender and easily pierced with a fork.
8. Let the squash cool for a few minutes before serving.
9. Use a fork to scrape the spaghetti-like strands from the squash.
10. Serve with your favorite sauce.
Tips
* To make the squash easier to cut, place it in the microwave for 2-3 minutes before cutting.
* If you don't have parchment paper, you can also use a lightly oiled baking sheet.
* Spaghetti squash can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
* Reheat the squash in a 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) oven for 15-20 minutes before serving.
