How to Make Pie Pops

## Here's how to make delicious and easy pie-shaped crust cups that can be filled with your favorite pie fillings for perfect pie pops.

Ingredients (makes 12 pie pops):

- One 9-inch pie crust (homemade or store-bought)

- Pie Filling of your choice (apple, cherry, mixed berries, etc.)

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).

2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out your pie crust to about 1/8 inch (3 mm) thickness.

3. Using a pie crust cutter or a large biscuit cutter, cut out circles from the rolled-out pie crust. You should be able to get about 12 circles out of one 9-inch pie crust. Gather up the scraps, roll out again and cut more circles.

4. Spoon about 1-2 tablespoons of your desired pie filling onto one circle of pie crust.

5. Fold the pie crust over the filling, forming a half moon-like shape. Crimp the edges with your fingers to seal the pie pops.

6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 with the remaining pie crust circles and pie filling.

7. Place the prepared pie pops on an ungreased baking sheet.

8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust becomes golden brown and the filling is bubbling.

9. Remove from oven and transfer the pie pops to a wire rack to cool for at least 1 hour before serving.

10. Once cooled, serve your pie pops warm with a scoop of ice cream or enjoy them as is!

Tips for perfect pie pops:

- Use a sharp pie crust cutter for clean and precise cuts.

- Make sure to crimp the pie crust edges properly to avoid fillings leaking out during baking.

- To add extra flavor and crunchiness to your pie pops, sprinkle some cinnamon sugar on the tops before baking.

- If you want to make smaller or larger pie pops, adjust the size of your cookie cutter.
