How to Cook Stuffing in Muffin Tins

## How to Cook Stuffing in a Muffin Tin

Cooking stuffing in a muffin tin is a great way to create individual portions of this holiday favorite. It's also a fun way to get kids involved in the kitchen, as they can help fill the muffin tins and add their own favorite ingredients.

Ingredients:

- 1 cup chopped celery

- 1 cup chopped onion

- 1/2 cup chopped carrots

- 1 cup chopped fresh bread

- 1 cup crumbled cornbread

- 1/2 cup chopped nuts

- 1/4 cup chopped parsley

- 1/4 cup melted butter

- 1 egg, beaten

- 1/4 cup chicken broth

- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

2. Grease a 12-cup muffin tin.

3. In a large bowl, combine the celery, onion, carrots, bread, cornbread, nuts, parsley, butter, egg, chicken broth, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

4. Spoon the stuffing mixture into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about two-thirds full.

5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the stuffing is golden brown and cooked through.

6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Tips:

- To make ahead, prepare the stuffing according to the recipe and then store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. When ready to serve, bake according to the instructions.

- If you don't have a muffin tin, you can also cook the stuffing in a 9x13-inch baking dish. Just bake it for a few minutes longer, or until the stuffing is cooked through.

- Feel free to add your own favorite ingredients to the stuffing, such as sausage, apples, or cranberries.
