## Mini Crescent Roll Pies

Ingredients:

* 1 can of refrigerated crescent roll dough

* 1/4 cup of your favorite pie filling (such as apple, cherry, or blueberry)

* 1 egg, beaten

* 1 tablespoon of sugar

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

2. Open the can of crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles.

3. Place a spoonful of pie filling in the center of each triangle.

4. Fold the dough over the filling, creating a triangle-shaped mini pie.

5. Pinch the edges of the dough closed to seal in the filling.

6. Place the mini pies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

7. Brush the tops of the mini pies with beaten egg and sprinkle them with sugar.

8. Bake the mini pies for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.

9. Let the mini pies cool for a few minutes before serving.
