Appetizers:

* 2-3 Cheese platters with crackers and grapes

* 2-3 Meat platters with sliced meats, such as salami, prosciutto, and pepperoni

* 2-3 Veggie platters with vegetables, such as carrots, celery, and broccoli, with dip

* 1 platter of bruschetta with toppings, such as tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella cheese

Main Dish:

* 2-3 large pizzas, or

* 2-3 pounds of pasta with sauce, or

* 2-3 pounds of meat, such as chicken breasts or steak, with sides

Dessert:

* 2-3 dozen cookies, or

* 2-3 dozen brownies

Drinks:

* 2-3 gallons of non-alcoholic beverages, such as soda, juice, and water
