How to Freeze Green Peppers for Stuffed

To freeze green peppers for stuffing:

1. Wash and cut the green peppers in half lengthwise.

2. Remove the seeds and ribs from the peppers.

3. Rinse the peppers in cold water and drain them.

4. Place the peppers in a single layer on a baking sheet.

5. Freeze the peppers for 2 hours, or until they are solid.

6. Remove the peppers from the freezer and place them in a freezer-safe bag.

7. Seal the bag and return it to the freezer.

8. The peppers can be stored in the freezer for up to 6 months.

To stuff the green peppers:

1. Remove the peppers from the freezer and let them thaw at room temperature for 1 hour.

2. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, rice, onion, celery, and cheese.

4. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.

5. Spoon the stuffing into the peppers.

6. Bake the peppers in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the stuffing is heated through.
