1. Prepare the cauliflower. Remove any leaves from the cauliflower and cut the head into florets. Be sure to cut them into pieces that are small enough to fit into your food processor's feed chute.
2. Process the cauliflower. Place the cauliflower florets in the food processor and pulse until they are finely chopped, about the size of grains of rice.
3. Cook the cauliflower rice. Heat a little bit of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the cauliflower rice and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until it is tender.
4. Season the cauliflower rice. Add salt and pepper to taste, and any other desired seasonings.

2. Grate the cauliflower. Hold a floret of cauliflower in one hand and a box grater in the other hand. Grate the floret until it is finely grated, about the size of grains of rice. Repeat this process with all of the florets.
3. Cook the cauliflower rice. Heat a little bit of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the grated cauliflower and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until it is tender.
