How to Make Pimento Cheese Dip

Ingredients:

- 1 (8-ounce package) of cream cheese, softened at room temperature

- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise

- 1 (4-ounce) jar of diced pimiento peppers, drained

- 1/4 cup of finely diced onion

- 1/4 cup of finely diced celery

- 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce

- 1/2 teaspoon of dry mustard

- 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder

- 1/4 teaspoon of paprika

- 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper (adjust to your desired level of spiciness)

- Salt and black pepper to taste

- Crackers, breadsticks, or vegetables for serving

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, use a spoon or spatula to mix the softened cream cheese until it becomes creamy and smooth.

2. Add mayonnaise to the bowl and combine well with the cream cheese until a smooth mixture forms.

3. Stir in the drained diced pimiento peppers, finely diced onion, and celery. Mix until the ingredients are evenly distributed throughout the cheese mixture.

4. Add Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Use the spoon or spatula to incorporate all the seasonings and spices until they are well blended.

5. Taste the pimento cheese dip and adjust the seasonings to your personal preference. Add more salt, pepper, or cayenne pepper if desired.

6. Serve the pimento cheese dip immediately with your choice of crackers, breadsticks, or vegetables for dipping. Enjoy!

Tips:

- To enhance the flavor of the dip, use high-quality ingredients such as fresh vegetables and a good-quality mayonnaise.

- If you prefer, you can use a food processor to finely dice the onion and celery for a more consistent texture.

- For a smooth and creamy dip, make sure the cream cheese is completely softened at room temperature before mixing.
