How to Make Cheesy Potatoes Without Using Sour Cream

Ingredients:

* 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and cubed

* 1/2 cup milk

* 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

* 1/2 cup shredded pepper jack cheese

* 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

* 2 tablespoons butter, divided

* 1/4 cup chopped onion

* 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper

* 1 teaspoon garlic powder

* 1/2 teaspoon salt

* 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

2. In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, milk, cheddar cheese, pepper jack cheese, parmesan cheese, 1 tablespoon of butter, onion, green bell pepper, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat the potatoes.

3. Spread the potato mixture in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.

4. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

5. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
