How to Make Seaweed Salad

## Ingredients

* 1 package of dried seaweed (wakame, kombu, or arame)

* 1/2 cup of rice vinegar

* 1/4 cup of soy sauce

* 1 tablespoon of sesame oil

* 1 teaspoon of sugar

* 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes

* 1/4 cup of thinly sliced carrots

* 1/4 cup of thinly sliced cucumbers

* 1/4 cup of thinly sliced radishes

* 1/4 cup of chopped green onions

* 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro

Instructions

1. Soak the seaweed in water for 5 minutes, or until it is softened.

2. Drain the seaweed and rinse it thoroughly under cold water.

3. In a large bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and red pepper flakes.

4. Add the seaweed, carrots, cucumbers, radishes, green onions, and cilantro to the bowl and toss to combine.

5. Serve the seaweed salad immediately, or chill it for later.
